Patients we can help

CRS Recovery provides telehealth Suboxone treatment exclusively to adults who meet the following criteria. Before making a referral, please confirm your patient meets these eligibility requirements.

Adults 18+ with opioid use disorder

Diagnosed or clinically suspected OUD — including heroin, fentanyl, oxycodone, hydrocodone, and other opioids

Adults 18+ with opioid use disorder

Diagnosed or clinically suspected OUD — including heroin, fentanyl, oxycodone, hydrocodone, and other opioids

Currently located in Florida

Patient must be physically in Florida at the time of each telehealth appointment

Willing to engage in telehealth

Patient must have a smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera and internet access

Able to pay self-pay fees

$300 initial assessment · $150/month ongoing. No insurance accepted for clinical visits

Not in acute psychiatric crisis

Patients experiencing active suicidal ideation or psychosis require higher level of care before MAT
