She is credentialed in the domains of Clinical Evaluation; Treatment Planning; Counseling; Case Management and Referral; Client, Family and Community Education; Documentation; Clinical Supervision; and Professional Responsibility.

Jordan Augustin

Registered Nurse Practitioner

NP Jordan practices as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner in primary care and serves as a substance abuse provider/Preceptor for undergraduate and graduate nursing students teaching primary care nursing theory and clinical practice.

NP Augustin is experienced in a wide range of health care services including but not limited to: MAT (medication assisted treatment), primary care, substance abuse, and regenerative medicine.

What is MAT treatment?

MAT helps you stop using opioids with lowest relapse rates and minimal physical discomfort.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is the use of medications, in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies, to provide a “whole-patient” approach to the treatment of substance use disorders. It is also important to address other health conditions during treatment.

WHAT IS SUBOXONE?
